GetReservation.org, operated by Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited (IATA License No. 14025685), processes refund requests in accordance with the policies set by the operating airline for each booking. As a travel agent, we facilitate refund requests on your behalf but do not set airline refund rules.

Important: Refund eligibility, timelines, and amounts are determined entirely by the airline's fare rules applicable to your ticket. We strongly advise reviewing the fare conditions at the time of booking.

3. 24-Hour Cancellation Rule

For flights departing from or to the United States, the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) requires airlines to allow passengers to cancel a booking within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before the departure date. 4. Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If the airline cancels your flight, you are generally entitled to either:

7. Service Fees

GetReservation.org may charge a service fee for processing cancellation and refund requests. Any applicable service fee will be disclosed to you before we proceed with the cancellation. This fee is separate from any airline cancellation fees and covers our agent's time in processing the request.

8. Non-Refundable Components

Even where a refund is approved, the following components are typically not refundable:

  • Airline-imposed cancellation and change penalties
  • Booking service fees charged by us (in most cases)
  • Travel insurance premiums (handled separately by insurer)
  • Visa fees or other third-party charges
  • Seat selection or ancillary service fees in some cases

9. Disputed Transactions

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at contact@getreservation.org or call (844) 205-4177 before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of services. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions. Travel insurance can provide coverage in situations where airline refund policies do not, including personal illness, family emergencies, and unexpected events.
