These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited ("the Agency"), with advertising and marketing managed by Sri Tharani Enterprise Co., Ltd.

All services are subject to airline availability, fare rules, and applicable fees at the time of service.
We act as an authorized travel agent and intermediary between you and the airlines. We do not operate any airline, aircraft, or flight. Our role is to facilitate the purchase and management of airline tickets on your behalf. The airlines are the principal service providers for all transportation services.
We are an independent travel agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any specific airline. All airline names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation number (PNR) and a written confirmation sent to the email address you provided. Verbal confirmation alone does not constitute a binding reservation.
All prices quoted are subject to availability and may change between the time of quotation and the time of payment. Prices include base fare and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Service fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before payment is processed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless a specific deferred payment arrangement has been communicated in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the total amount confirmed during the booking call.
You are responsible for ensuring all passenger names are provided exactly as they appear on the relevant government-issued travel document. Incorrect names may result in non-travel, and correction fees may apply.
Requests to change a confirmed booking are subject to the airline's fare rules and availability. Change fees and fare differences may apply. All changes must be requested by calling (844) 205-4177. Changes are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by our team.
Cancellation requests must be made by calling (844) 205-4177. The right to a refund and the applicable refund amount depend entirely on the airline's cancellation policy for your specific fare type. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. We do not guarantee refunds on non-refundable fares.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates, etc.) as required by your destination and transit countries. We are not liable for any costs, losses, or denied boarding resulting from insufficient or invalid travel documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetReservation.org, Sri Tharani Enterprise Co., Ltd., and Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

All content on GetReservation.org, including text, design elements, and brand assets, is the property of Sri Tharani Enterprise Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand and applicable international agreements. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
